On the evening of November 18, the school’s mid-level administrators convened a work‑deployment meeting for the second half of the autumn semester in the first‑floor conference room of the Administration Building. During the meeting, Principal Huang Haifei emphasized the importance of ensuring the effective implementation of tasks for the latter half of the autumn term, urging all mid-level leaders to carefully review the semester’s work plan, clarify responsibilities, and rigorously carry out assigned tasks. Principal Huang also set specific priorities: the progress report on individual research projects must be finalized promptly; quality analyses of midterm exam results are to be submitted without delay; and efforts to strengthen teachers’ professional ethics and show care for students must be fully implemented. He further encouraged department heads to follow up on these directives upon returning to their respective units. In addition, Principal Tang Bangping of the Junior High School and Principal Wei Li of the Primary School presented reports on their experiences and takeaways from their study visit to Shanghai, while Director Wei Chengjin of the Junior High School outlined arrangements for the upcoming school sports meet.
Finally, Principal Huang emphasized that the school’s mid-level leaders are the core driving force behind the institution’s development, and urged all department heads to lead by example, setting a strong precedent and guiding teachers in diligently and effectively carrying out all school‑wide tasks.
