To comprehensively summarize interim teaching outcomes, accurately monitor student progress, and refine subsequent instructional strategies, the first-year high school class of Nanning Oriental Foreign Language Senior High School convened a mid-term exam quality analysis meeting (for teachers) in the auditorium on the afternoon of November 13, 2025. The school’s leadership and all first-year teachers attended the event.
At the outset of the meeting, Xie Yi, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office and Deputy Head of the grade level, presented a comprehensive analysis of the mid-term exam data. He examined the results from multiple perspectives, including students’ mastery of key and challenging concepts, their performance on exam questions, and inter-class disparities, and then announced the list of teachers honored with the “Teaching Improvement Award” as well as the classes recognized with the “Class Excellence Award.”
Amid warm applause, the awards ceremony commenced. Secretary Yang Zhenyi, Principal He Lili, and Executive Principal Gao Lei presented awards to the winning homeroom teachers; while Wei Jipeng and Yang Jianhua honored the distinguished faculty members, recognizing their outstanding achievements and ongoing professional growth in teaching.
Subsequently, teacher representatives from the Biology and History departments shared their experiences and insights from classroom practice, engaging in discussions on topics such as classroom management, differentiated instruction, and fostering students’ initiative, thereby providing valuable pedagogical guidance for all faculty members.
Yang Zhenyi, Secretary of the School’s Party Branch, and Principal He Lili each delivered guiding remarks on the overall work of Grade 10, commending the teachers for their hard work and the interim achievements attained, and encouraging them to remain student-centered, deepen classroom reform, and steadily enhance teaching quality.
