On June 17, the ninth Nanning City “Qianli Cup” Campus Football League came to a close. Our school’s football team battled fiercely in the final and clinched the championship with an aggregate score of 5–0, successfully defending its title for the fourth consecutive year!

Our school’s soccer team demonstrated tenacious spirit, unity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence throughout the match, fully embodying the ethos of Dongfang students. This game was not merely a test of skill and stamina; it was also a battle of strategy and willpower. This victory is the result of the players’ individual dedication as well as the concerted efforts and unwavering teamwork of the entire squad.

The outstanding results achieved in this year’s league are attributable to our school’s efforts in developing itself as a “football‑specialized institution.” Prior to the tournament, the Dongfang High School football team underwent intensive, well‑structured weekly training under the guidance of their coach, with players tirelessly honing their skills on the pitch. Throughout the competition, the participating teams worked together in harmony, advancing side by side and laying a solid foundation for their impressive performances.

Our university’s outstanding student award system:

1、 Grade-Level Award Policy for New First-Year Students (Scholarships will be awarded at the end of the first semester of Grade 10)

(1) Full-tuition scholarships for students achieving A+ or A grades in the high school entrance examination;

(2) A scholarship of RMB 3,000 is awarded for a B+ grade in the high school entrance examination (RMB 3,500 for graduates from this school’s junior high program).

(3) A scholarship of 2,000 yuan is awarded for achieving a Grade B on the high school entrance examination.

2、 Starting from the second semester of Grade 10, a reward policy will be implemented for the top 100 students in each grade based on their overall academic performance.

(1) Students who rank in the top 10 on their grade’s semester exams and achieve a “Good” or higher rating in the school’s comprehensive assessment are awarded full scholarships.

(2) Students who rank between 11th and 50th in their grade’s semester examinations, and whose overall school‑based performance evaluation is rated “Good” or higher, will receive a scholarship of RMB 3,000.

(3) Students who rank between 51st and 100th in their grade on the semester-end examination, and whose overall school‑wide performance evaluation is rated “Good” or higher, will receive a scholarship of RMB 2,000.
